Returns and Complaints Policy

Hygiene policy

For hygienic reasons, delivered products cannot be returned if they have been opened. We ask for your understanding for this measure to ensure the quality and safety of our products.


Damage to Package

If a package is damaged during transport, we request that you notify us within 3 days of receipt by email at info@bamboodisposables.com. One of our employees will contact you to discuss possible solutions. We will reimburse the return costs up to a maximum of €7.25.


Returns Policy

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and sealed. To initiate a return, send an email to info@bamboodisposables.com with your return request. After receiving our confirmation, you must return the product within 14 days.

After receiving the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, including the costs of return shipping, up to a maximum of €7.25.


Responsibility during the Reflection Period

During the cooling-off period of 14 days, we request that you handle the product and packaging with care. The product must not be opened or used to ensure hygiene. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess its suitability, without breaking the seal.
