Refund policy

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

Returns are handled by post. Once we have received and checked the return, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. In that case we reimburse return costs up to €7.25.
